FWB 300 is a classic example of Perfection of German Technology. It can still shoot 600/600 in a perfect hand. Congrats !!!! Yours looks like a Walnut Stock to me. The only prob is you continiously have to break your position before every shot in compare to modern PCP. But I guess that is good for starters as everytime you have to rebuild and perfect your position before every shot.

One personal question. I had a impression that not too many FWB300 are available in India and that too in pristine condition . Did you actually imported it or got it from someone ? And an indicative price would be awesome :)
Thanks and Regards,
Saptarshi

It was brought in from abroad and it cost me a fortune....I'd rather not go into the painful details....
I do not know if its a walnut stock...if it is, I'll need smelling salts......
But I am reckoning the stock is not walnut as the Junior was meant for beginners and slight/small build shooters.
Maybe I'll write to FWB and try and get an accurate answer from them....

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

I dont know where you bought it from , but there is guy called Jim Edmondson (USA) in Targettalk, he always store good classic FWB mostly 300 and 600 series and at a very reasonable rate, I bought my FWB 601 from him . From the picture it looks like yours is a walnut stock with stippling , but again I may be wrong
Thanks and Regards,
Saptarshi
