This is very good news.
Does this mean the license will be granted automatically provided the police cannot prove anything against you?

Indeed a welcome verdict.

I had suggested it earlier also, We should people like the petitioner in this case and then similarly we had in the UP case, where they have fought real long battles against the odds and won it and really upheld the flag of Right to Bear arms.

These should be added as our brand ambassadors.
