import of air rifle mounted with scope

Dear friends,
pls guide is it allowed to import an air rifle mounted with scope.
few models don't come with open sights then it becomes mandetory to have scope.
If someone has imported air rifles mounted with scope pls write back ur experience.

Import of scopes is banned in india. But i'm not sure it is restricted even mounted on air rifle. I know a friend in mumbai who had imported a air rifle with scope mounted on it.

I repeat my advice given elsewhere:

i. Set aside some time
ii. get a drink
iii. Browse all posts in all threads on airgun import
iv. Browse all posts in all threads related to scope import (in airgun and gun accessories sections)

We are not being selfish.
It is you who is being lazy
