The Power of Old Monk!

Post by slingshot » Sun Apr 17, 2011 4:53 pm

*The power of "Old Monk" ! RUM*

I finally got around to going fishing this morning but after a while I ran out of worms. Then I saw a King Cobra with a frog in his mouth. Frogs are good bass bait. Knowing that the snake couldn't bite me with the frog in his mouth, I grabbed him right behind the head, took the frog out and put it in my bait bucket.

Now the dilemma was how to release the snake without getting bitten. I grabbed my bottle of Old Monk rum and poured a little rum in its mouth.

His eyes rolled back, he went limp, I released him into the lake without incident and carried on my fishing with the frog.

A little later I felt a nudge on my foot. There was that same snake with two frogs in his mouth!

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

You want more gun control? Use both hands!

Now be careful...
cos he will be looking for you every night with a frog in his mouth( without intention of eating the frog)...........chasing you down to repeat the process..... :D :D :D

One frog = one shot of Rum, he definatly wanted to have more so he brought you two

I had tried with monkeys(hanuman langoor) and beer. they really liked chilled kingfisher during summer times at Mount Abu 8) 8)

Glad you all liked it :)

Casual Shooter, now that is a great story. The Mahatma Gandhi Old Monkers Association sounds awesome.

And CKKalyan, the Chinese started the fad of Snake Juice alcohol. They take fat poisonous snakes, and steep them in alcohol and shoot them down their Chinese gullet....after the brew has fermented :)

Pritam bhai, monkeys love beer. And elephants love our desi brews. Cheetah bhi Peeta hai? The Indian army has won wars with the support of The Old Monk. Jai Ho!!
