I just hope this guy being a govt doc knows few influential people thats the only way he's gonna get thru this if he does not comply with legal details about the ammo. this is not going to b an easy1 2 deal with. the cops are not gonna sit unless the detect where and from whom he procured the ammo. By the way just for info did he have a .22 license issued to him or any other caliber?? If he had a .22 license how many rounds was he allowed to buy? this detail can really help.
God help him!!
God help him!!
I'M NOT GOD I'M JUST HIS SECOND IN COMMAND.

I cannot contact him these days, Have inquired with one of his friends and from what I've heard no charge sheet yet! Isn't there some law that says if no chargesheet is made within a specified period of time (90 days) a case can be quashed?
BTW looks like someone PM'ed me lately but as my PM priviledges have been quashed, heres my email : jonahpach (at)hotmail(dot)com

1) In case the accused is still in jail, if he applies for bail, he will get benefit of the fact that chargesheet is not filed in 90 days.
2) The accused can file a writ in High Court to quash the false case.
