Re: Got arms license
coz there is place ganga nagar in rajasthan.....they issued many fake license about 3 years ago.....and many senior officers got arrested and behind the bars till now.....due to this reason it is very very tuff to get arms license in rajasthan specially in jaipur.....goodboy_mentor wrote:Why?authorities have really clamped down in Rajasthan
Well....yes, in rajasthan you have to mention on application that which category of arms you require like npb pistol/revolver , npb rifle or nbp shotgun....so i wrote 1, npb pistol / revolver and 2, npb shotgun on my application ....
generally they allow you 10 cartridges for 1 year.....

Re: Got arms license
Hi.
Good that u got your arms license at the last.
Me too waited for good amount of time here in Gurgaon, haryana for approx 14 months to have the most valuable document more than the passport.
The happiness is just like a newly blessed father or mother.
Now be careful in regard of your purchase. Go for a brand new product.

Re: Got arms license
Ok if some government officers are corrupt, they found this as an excuse to penalise all new arms license applicants. It is the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 462 of 2007. Go to http://courtnic.nic.in/supremecourt/cas ... no_new.asp Select Writ Petition (Civil), put in Case no. 462 and select 2007 click Submit. Once on the next page click Case History and Order(s), you will get orders till now.they issued many fake license about 3 years ago.....and many senior officers got arrested and behind the bars till now
