MFTA 1st Competition Match report by karandheer

Post by fantumfan2003 » Tue Apr 12, 2011 2:39 pm

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Shankar,

Thank you.

Indeed, the participants made sure the competition was successful.

Docs presence was the icing on the cake. We will need some volunteers for the preparations on the eve of the next competition to make it a continued success.
