Incidentally thind_aman the Swiss do own machineguns and in infact are provided one by the government.Full auto's have been banned in USA and can be retained only under the grandfather clause.

Exactly WTP people sit on their Ar*** and hope things will happen and cunning lawmakers and politicos keep changing them quietly. Let us for once not let PC take away our gun rights please do some thing. Unite and join NAGRI.. if wehave numbers we can hold demonstrations and have bargaining power in terms of votes. Trust me the politicos will listen when they know a good deal of votes are at stake.. please have as many people fill out these NAGRI forms , or we will be next like UK where our handguns will be taken away and sooner or later we will be prohibited from owning any weapons, just as easy for PC as he has easily stopped issuing licenses and all india validity.

Gents and ladies if any, article 21 states "person" and not citizen thus Article 21 would apply to any stranger residing in India as well.

Article 21. Protection Of Life And Personal Liberty: No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.

Yes you are correct "person" in Article 21 does not have to be citizen. It can be any person including citizen or non citizen.
