Haha you should have seen the thread on facebook (Now deleted) The neighbor tried to get the cops to remove the sign but the owner refused to remove it without a court order. Also the court couldn't do anything as the owner used the 1st amendment as his defense. Few month later the owner removed it for the sake of humanity though.
