IIRC in "Omkara" Saif Ali Khan (Landga Tyagi) was shown using an Ishapore SMLE in 7.62... did not look like a dummy, so was probably borrowed from the local cops...

I saw some unique guns in two old hindi movies -- thanks to lenient policy back then:
Other than webleys
1. Itefaq - Rajesh Khanna thriller copy of Signpost of murder something - saw Astra Pistol which Nanda tries to grab..one with bulbous Asta Model 300
2. Pratigya -- Ajit the dacoit in one scene definitely has a Semi auto shotty

Waiting for some more from others

Cheers

Sunny Deol and meenakshi seshadri in a Daku movie -he uses an underlever -22 , i think, but not a cardboard fake.

Hi

As some of the esteemed members of this forum may be aware, there is a website dedicated to cover the usage and history of firearms used in movies. www.imfdb.org

Although offlate it has started incorporating bollywood movies also, the website is amazing to the fact that lot of crossreferencing between actors, films and weapons used in the same can be done.

Rgds
