@goodboy, thanks brother, i got the pm and took out print out of the notice. After reading the notification i dont think i can get through the procedure. But still we hope for positive results.

@mundaire, i reside in district faridabad of haryana. So i think Delhi govt notice is not useful to me, but still it is informative. thank you.
