Shooting Range

Posts that don't fit into any other category. If it's anything to do with guns, it probably doesn't belong here!

Thank you for your good wishes.

Yes, my son is also a pistol shooter and a matter of pride for me when both father and son shoot in the same competitions - GV Mavalankar, Nationals...me at 43 years and him at 13 !! I am sure he'll go a long way. He's already tried his hands on the .22LR rifle and a .32 revolver with amazing ease... He has had a good company of Uncles like Abhijeet, Dev, Sanjay, Eljefe, Nishant, Shivi etc. with good exposure and good encouragement....which probably is showing results !

I will be only too glad to help with whatever information I have for your requirement of gun cases. A fellow member is already selling a single gun pillared hard case here.... see the Sales Section. I don't know of guys making custom-built hard cases... I'll try for somebody making soft cases though...

Yes, one must achieve Renowned Shot status in the respective discipline to import the respective weapon type.

HTH...

PS - hope the Admin / Mods don't take offence to the thread going OT here...

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

It's a Plano case - airlines approved.

Oriental Arms, Connaught Place and Garg Armoury, Kashmere Gate both sell soft cases (imported and Indian). Not sure if they have anything in leather....

Send a PM to ArtCollector on this forum on the subject....

:agree: maybe this will build up the blocks against the present arms law.
