Contact Mr. Makhija in IHP Factory.
I would suggest you go for the PCP rifle

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

no idea about any owners of hammerlli you should send email to www.indianshooting.com
personally I never seen it and do not have idea how good it is.
to recharge you can buy Walther pump and it will be easy job, no need any connectors just connect bottle direct to pump.

any way for that money hardly you can get nay better target air rifle, it is .177 caliber you can get pellets of quite good quality and cheap in India in any gun shop easily.
