There are hurndreds of them nesting between my ceiling and the tin roof of my attic. If not for my wife and kids (allergic to cats) I would raise a batallion of cats (My first love) and set them free in my attic.
Jonah,

Please catch hold of all of them and send them by courier to Chennai. I will bear the shipping cost. We are having a dearth of house sparrows here and our Corporation Mayor has appealed to all city residents to create space for nesting. I succeeded in creating one and they too laid eggs, but only two hatched. After that a squirrel forcibly occupied the space and these birds were forced out.

There is one bird which makes of fool of the crow as well. It's the Koel.
The female Koel lays her egg in a crows nest. The chick is fed by the crow till it grows up and flies away.

In Bangalore, I haven't spotted any birds since long. Few crows are the exceptions. People shoot them down with Airgun?? That what the people for animal perhaps will say. But the reality would be different but how will prove that? And if that is proven, will govt ban all telephone tower or testing radio active /high frequency instrument in their DRDO /HAL labs or pesticide?

What people of animal doing. It seems they are only behind airgun!
