News from Taurus/Rossi
Some interesting new things from Rossi. They do have a history of showing and promising, but never delivering, some very nice arms. Drool, and weep! www.rossiusa.com

It's always better to have a gun and not need it than need a gun and not have it !

Some nice guns there. Doc, the Circuit Judge is what caught my fancy too though I wonder how the shot would pattern through a rifled barrel.

Actually pretty well. The rifled version has 2 choke tubes. One with straight 'rifling' grooves in it which are designed to grab and stop rotation of the shotcup as it exits the muzzle. The other one has a large inside diameter which acts as a thread protector when firing the .45 Colt ammunition.
The system works well at close ranges.

Re: News from Taurus/Rossi
While I have been waiting to get my hands on a Circuit Judge, no distributor seems to have them in stock yet, I think the two 22s and the 28 gauge are going to move to the top of the list.
Still wishing, though, they had kept their promise with the lever conversion of the Winchester M62, especially in .32 H&R. That one would have been a sweet little "gentleman's walking rifle".
Probably will be about two years before those guns will appear in the market.

We've had them. Can't fill demand yet. We probably have 13 people on a waiting list. However, we did get 4 in yesterday to fill some of the backlog.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.
