Does Tamilnadu Armoury (chennai) have gunsmiths?

I have a scope and rail. I want to drill holes to my Aimco-M300 barrel and fix the rail. Does Tamilnadu Armoury in chennai have gunsmiths to do that? Or are there any other gunsmiths in chennai who can do it in a cost effective manner? What should be the price tag i should expect to do this drilling and fixing?

yes, Tamilnadu armoury in Saidapet, Chennai will accommodate your requirement.. I checked personally with the owner , while I was purchasing pellets recently. Infact he also quoted the price, but now I don't recollect the actual amount..so pls check with them!

That will cost you a fortune. Dismantle the airgun and take the cylinder alone to a lathe and try getting that done or else try fevitite. I have done that on my Jimy 200 and it works fine.

ebi...after listening to you i did it with Araldite and till now its strong like a cement. But the process was difficult.

Hi Meow,
If you got to Gunsmith at Tamilnadu Armoury, price to fix rail will be around 1200Rs. That is what the owner of shop quoted me,Even though Rail was mine.
I Fixed it with Araldite, its going fine.
Remember: Price is too high at TamilNadu Armoury.
