How to Open a District Rifle Association

Hi,

Can anyone advice me, that how can we open a District Rifle Association. The Sooting Range maybe introduced in the second phase.

Please search for posts by vkjalan and hvj1. vkjalan had started a shooting club sometime ago and hvj1 is very experienced and knowledgeable person in the field of shooting sports.
