you already started 5 threads with the same topic, you are wasting your time man. If you will use advises already given to you. you already may own, at that moment 5 knives.

What ever is your reason, you can get easily good Muela knife in Delhi, if you'll read Muela thread.

keep in mind it is not legal to carry a knife with blade more then 3 1/5 inch long in city limits in India.

unfortunately, I do not have original reference on that matter. that size limit for carry in city limits was mentioned in one of threads related to knives here on IFG. perhaps if we can find who was that, then we can ask same question to him.

good to hear that. my indian friend want to buy one of my collection of knives. good to hear that it is legal in india. :D

keep in mind that legal experts here only can give a free advice, they are not going to feed the family of your fiend till he is in jail. In different cities like Delhi for example magistrate may have issued some circulars, so better be aware if any such circulars are issued or not in your area.
