DIY 11mm scope rail for Indian air rifles

Hi IFGians,
i made a drawing for 11mm scope rail to make and fix on my Ihp and droppped the idea ,file was lost long before and i found the file today , i have posted the drawing for intrested Ifgians .it can be printed on paper and if handed over to a professional metal mill technicial he will do the Job @ not more than 100inr and metal can be of aluminium or castalloy 50-100Inr .the total project cost is 200inr .the base of the rail have to altered to the compression tube that machinist will take care .
