Hello all,
Just wanted to know if the Dr. Karni Singh Range in Tughlakabad is currently open to the general public, specifically the 10m Air weapon range.
Thank you all.

Don't think so. The last I heard, it would not be available to general public until the Commomwealth Games are over. Meanwhile you can use the range at Siri Fort Auditorium, Khel Gaon Marg.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Contact details of Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range: 01126047802
When I called the number, the gentleman who picked the phone replied that the range opening to the general public would take atleast 2 more months as all kind of material was still there at the range. As for the charges for non-members, he replied he had no idea.
As per the gentleman, the opening date and the charges would be advertised in newspapers for public notice.
