Condor refill and accessories

Post by Subal das » Tue Oct 05, 2010 8:02 pm

finally got all things in place and what a surprise I cannot fill Condor's bottle, yesterday I was able to fill it from Bauer compressor direct, today no luck all air escaping, and guy who operates compressor do not know any thing else, but how to fill up scuba tanks with DIN connector.

adapter supplied pretty useless as it cannot be connected to tank with DIN connector.

what can be a solution, besides buying a pump or tank with K valve

is there any adapter to connect Condor bottle to tank with DIN valve or direct to Bauer compressor??

here is the rifle
.177, green laser, Condor FrameX-Tender, and Accushot T169 6x40 scope on rail

Subal, PM fellow member shivi. He might be able to help you out.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

thanks, it is great rifle indeed, not so heavy compare to competition rifles, FrameX-Tender reduce sound on 30% and improve accuracy for 5%
cant wait to get it fully functional.

hi
thought the frame x-tender reduces sound via 80%- as per topairgun review, but does it reduces pellet velocity?
also how did u import it, as a seperate order or along with the condor?

regards

he updated xtender page before it was 30%, I'm still waiting for adapter so cant compare now, Harry is really quite slow on dispatching orders.

I imported xtender as separate order by USPS with scope.

I' very happy with Accushot T169 6x40. it comes with 11mm mounting base and no need in rings, 6x quite good enoughs for distances Condor can shoot, picture very clear even at night at low light.

some updates

sound moderator with micrometer bottle works great shooting indoor no problem, out door like no much sound at all.

I fixed this scopehttp://www.topairgun.com/product/PY-A-506 on Condor and very happy with it. No need rings!! fixed x6 quite OK up to 50m. illuminated reticle good on sunny day. scope comes with adapters for 11mm rail and for weaver rail. Great scope as first scope, reticle easy to understand and cost usd60 only

10m pistol target shot on 50m, Indian pellets Gsmith High Impact, one of the first target I shot, got better results since then.

Image

High IMpact pellets weight overage 0.62 g going surprisingly well from Condor with power setting on "2" and micrometer bottle.
ON this settings the bottle can give (from initial 200 bars) easy 100 shots and still have 100 bars of pressure remain.
