MHA SHOULD ban the army for arms proliferation etc etc and make them a banned org.

Then Army will compelled to ban the MHA itself :D
Problem is that stupid rules and laws are created, which make ordinary people criminals out of nothing.
If enough laws are made, each and every citizen can be made a criminal in the eyes of law.

GM your are breaking the law regarding keeping silent and anything you say will be taken down and used against you. Also any thing you do not say will be also taken down and used against you. ROTFL

also its is treasonable to speck against the MHA. OFF With his head.

Thanks winnie for clearing things and to be specific, ask Abhijeet if he sells his 1911A should he be compared to deal called Bofors ( yes, Mr Asif you can give me a red card this time )

Missing the obvious ironic comparison which Asif is making going after army officers who first of all deserve and have earned the right to own guns ( these arent brand new to begin with), and why then run them down or have such a ridiculous rules while the bigger scams and deals go unpunished the list starts with Bofors and goes on. Pennywise pound foolish these folks now would be cashing in on their meager savings and fighting the cases in court. This is how we treat soldiers and officers from defense who probably did this unknowinglywhile others go scotfree...Actually there are quite a few M1 Carbines with civies who bought from ex defense guys..

Best

A politician, a civil servant all are authorized to posses NSP wpn, these wpns have been captured by the Army, once issued to other than Army personnel becomes movable property but when the same is with Army personnel it becomes a illegal Arms racket, My hearts bleeds for India
