Hi,I am not sure about it but I have definitely seen some blank firing guns in Mumbai,and one of my friend was interested in buying it so i called up Banson's and was informed that the commissioner of police Mumbai has banned it as some known criminal's had used it to threaten some businessman here.Initially when one wanted to buy a blank firing pistol/revolver he/she required a permit from commissioner's office here in Mumbai which was no real hassle.If anyone wants to buy one there were some very nice glock's ppk's colt's walther's available with bansons.
