Hi All,

There is a thread running on AirgunBBS now days where one member (Nige52) have arranged pics of members on his site (BBS Rogues Gallery). I think it?s a very nice idea. Can we have something like that here? We can use Yahoo groups site for hosting pics. Its really fun to put faces to the names.

So what do you think guys?

Hi Guys,

I've created a folder named "Member's Pics". You can upload your pic with your name. This will work gr88 with members who migrated from Yahoo to this site. Lets try this, looking at the response we can always go for any free hosting site

Thats why i wrote it will work fine for old members who shifted from Yahoo. BTW I am trying to get some free hosting site

1. Here at indiansforguns.com but do we have enough bandwidth?

I think third option is the best choice. We don't have to deal with bandwidth issues and new members can post there as well. If you people also think third option as the best one then mail your pics at [email protected]. I will resize and add them to album..

Several of us had posted more than a few pictures at the old Yahoo group. I'll check who haven't - let's have more pics there, yes, especially shooting pictures.

I can't look at pictures on the yahoo group anymore, leave alone post new ones.

Is it a bandwidth issue to post pictures here using photobucket or imageshack, or other such sites?

If bandwidth is not a problem, it would be a great idea to have a members' album on this site.Much more convenient and adds colour.JMHO.

Since we haven't heard from the moderators on whether uploading pictures here will cause bandwidth issues/eat into total storage capacity, etc., I am assuming that it is okay to post pictures. I am using the thumbnail option available on http://www.imageshack.us which provides a thumbnail here and hosts the pic. on the imageshack website instead of on IFG.
Moderators, please let me know if this is against the IFG policies and I will immediately remove the picture.
