I think that you mean `Moulin` as in `Moulin Rouge` - Red Windmill.
No, I meant `rouge` as in ladies make-up, the pink/red material they apply to their cheeks.....hence `Pink` Elephants.

In the pic (Reuters & BBC ), looks like one chap is carrying a double in the best African PH style, sure, 10 reloads possible, over the course of the whole evening?
Actual chronology unknown-how long did the execution take?
Caliber?
Track record of 'licenced hunter'
How does one get a LH tag from govt?
The man -animal conflict will never get resolved, it will actually worsen with the namby pamby mother nature lovers pressing all the wrong buttons...
If an animal has to be executed for its percieved danger or damge that it has caused, the least expected would be a quick job, not a lynch mob.
