Even in the western judicial system, most rape cases arent proven.
Simply becase its not easy to prove. There are seldom witnesses and other 'proof' is sometimes difficult to obtain.
Having said that, the beauty of a democracy and judiciary is the right to have a trial and to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
In all this while we are a bit detached to the plight of the woman.
I hope justice is served.
