I really look forward to first see the performance before and after tuning of the Canon and then against a tuned IHP. IHP being a standard brand, I’m sure they have the best R&D in the country (at least such a dept.

). Canon on the other hand have decades of experience backing them

. Would be an interesting compare.

I have ordered IHP .22 from Aimco.... i was split between .177 and .22..... actually i still am confused.... did i make the right choice by going for the .22......... i think we should buy both to relieve our mind from the anxiety of "which is a better choice" feeling....
My .22 is on its way from calcutta to chennai... i'm already contemplating buying a .177 cal Cannon LG 65 after hearing a lot of positive stuff about it from tirth & co...

I have canon 35 .22 cal 13 year old untouched for at list last 10 years in very bad condition one year back I give it to a gunsmith in Mumbai to replace it broken spring
At that time I was totally newbie & don’t know much about the air guns.
Thanks to IFG I learn lots of things about air rifle
I am going to post some photos of my canon 35
It got an adjustable trigger but the tube used is not seamless
I want to replace it main spring because of its less power pellets bounce back from plywood placed 1 foot away from the gun
Please suggest me a good spring & lather washer for it & from ware I can get it.

When I spoke to them yesterday, their only concern was reg shipping to Bangalore, their concern was related to road permit. However I will call them again and ask them to use Gati services.

santhosh/meow,
I have been calling Mr. P Das of Olympic Sports every day, but response from them is not very positive, probably becasue I will be buying just one piece. Visited every Armoury Store in Bangalore but no one has the Canon 65. Finally I spoke to Mr. Ashwad of Aim Point, and understand that they have placed an order and should be recieving the stock in 15 days. They will be getting Canon 35, 65 and 75. Mr. Ashwad has promised to call me when the stock arrives.
Both the brothers at Aim Point are very frendly and listed to wat you got to say, unlike the other shop owners. I also enquired prices of other brands and found that their pricing are very resonable compared to the other Armoury stores.
Can PM you contact details of Aim Point if you are intreasted.

Guys the price of Canon 65 is Rs. 2,700 in Calcutta at the Olympic Sport shop behind Lal Bazaar police station, who happen also to be the manufacturers of the gun. This is for the .22. The .177 is about 300 bucks less. I have not seen a .177 so far but they do quote for that caliber. This is the price and they charge you what they quote. I have never been to the shop but I did give my friend the contacts when he went there (his home town) and he got it for me. He was able to bring it in Spice jet as check in luggage, in a completely dismantled form. Prices in other states have a minimum of 100% profit attached to the price tag. My gun is well tuned and really great. I in all honesty wouldn’t trade it for any other brand.
