Dealing With Arshad Ahamed +++ Excellent+++

Post by ROHINANA » Fri Mar 26, 2010 8:06 pm

This relates to my first dealing with Mr.Arshad Ahamed, from whom I have purchased,a Gun Vice which was advertised for sale. What I narrate in this post is true and factual to the last letter.
I had shown my interest in the product and sent him a message, which was promptly replied to, mentioning the final amount, the mode of payment, mode of shipment etc. The comunication was brief, on acceptance the amount was transfered from Mumbai to his account, on the next day.
This was immediately acknowledged by him. He immediately informed me that he would be dispatching the consignment on the same day.
The funds were transfered in the late afternoon, by evening 6 pm, he informed me that the consignment was booked with Trackon Courier, and he provided me the AWB to track the consignment.
He informed me that the consignment would reach me on Saturday 27th.
I recieved the consignment neatly packed with labels of Handle with care on the 26th itself by evening a day prior.
The transaction with him was totaly transperent, smooth and honourable, which is highly appreciated.Arshad, irrespective if you maintain this transperency and proffesional approach, you are sure to be a winner in the long run.
It was a pleasure to deal with you. I thank you once again, and may we have many more deals in the future.

Hi Arshad,

I'm posting it after two days wait, the tracking still says undelivered and local speed post hub also says they haven't got the parcel yet. I'm disappointed now.

-- Sat Mar 27, 2010 1:57 pm --

:) partially good news from Arshad on the phone, Looks like Arshad inquired Moradabad Postoffice and they stated that they have routed the parcel to Ramnagar in UP instead of Chennai. Hmmm now I need to wait for one more week... count down starts again.

Another good news today is that, I received the original Webley spring and synthetic breech seal from london which is ordered much later and deliverd by snail mail promptly.

I've had a similar experience like this with Speed Post while getting my Chinese Air Rifle which Jonapach had sent me from Mizoram, but regarding Arshad, I can vouch that he is a gentleman.

Re: Webley Senior .22 pistol - by Arshad - neutral +/-

Good News finally. The Webley Senior .177 is at last reached me today. It is a great news, really!! The (air) gun really feels some weapon in hand. But I still need to dig my time enough to fix the issues with the gun, currently it can't even push the pellet out from the barrel, completely no power.

Anyway I have already got the breech seal and original spring from London and Needs to fix them with a gun smith. So, here is my complete and first .177 kit :)

I wish to give full positive but as of the shipping medium (postal department) chosen by Arshad, I had to loose nearly 15days of time and lots of efforts in following up for the same. This is resulting in kind of negative though Arshad delivered the product with in 5 days after the payment.

I will however do further business with Arshad and I thank him so much for following up with Postal Department for tracking and delivering the product.

Thanks siva for keeping faith in me..

And again sorry for the delay caused by govt postal service.

And I told siva before hand that the spring is not in working condition so he arranged a new spring and seal thats very fair on his part.

Gentlemen Siva a great guy to deal with but unfortunately our first deal was hacked by Indian Postal Service.

Anyways Siva enjoy shooting...

Received the Plano rifle case from Arshad today. Very well packed and the case is superb. Perfect for my rifle and just as described. A++++++

Arshad Ahamed ++++++Positive+++++

Post by ROHINANA » Fri May 28, 2010 12:46 pm

It all started with a Gun Vice I had purchased from him, my first transaction with him, the deal was finalised over the phone and email. I have purchased quite a few things from him since and shall keep on doing so. I have found him to be a gentleman true to his commitments, We have neither met nor have seen each other, but the trust and faith which we have developed between us is something unique. If I want to purchase some thing all I have to do is send him a PM and the article is dispatched the next day, even without the amount being transfered to him, this leaves me groping for words of appreciation for the trust and faith he places in me to the extent that I never want to bargain with him.
I am sure who ever deals with him will be dealing with a "TRUE GENTLEMEN"
Continue this sincereity and commitment and the top is not far.
Arshad, Thanks for the faith you have placed in Me.

Arshad Ahmad ++++ Totally positive

Post by adkol » Sun May 30, 2010 11:18 am

I dealt with him recently and today too he keeps in touch and even if I call and he is not around he calls back! He is constantly available for help and does not show impatience at some of my simple quires!

His word on dispatch and packing and delivery dates are perfect and he leaves no room for complaint.

Today too, being a Sunday, when I called him he was busy but called back asap. Great guy!!
