Dear dev, agn, jitu, ff and others I do not know (Brihaji is excluded as my gyan is incapable of touching his feet)
I recall the post, I had written on the perception of clear stable image, the balance etc. etc. I emphasize that you
work hard, hard and harder to get the SA hold drill done to 100% satisfaction and carry on with the fig 8's. This is also the key to your stability. When your eyes, helped by the programed sub conscious mind, will perceive the perfect SA image, you will yourself be stable physically because what you see is also stable. But not for long time because we are human beings. Hence the necessity to let the shot break within 3 to 5 secs in a perfect conditions.
Remember that you train your SA hold for 10 secs. If you are 100% confident that the SA image never distorts within these 10 secs, you should be confident enough to squeeze the trigger in 3-5 secs.
So there are TWO simple things to work on
- 100% SA hold
- 3-5 sec trigger control
in a systematic disciplined manner, step by step which is in fact, your SOA.
I do not mind at all being repetitive

. This is how one trains in shooting. Repetitions....
