Thank you Vikram! The American Black walnut blanks that were up for grabs are gone now, I have some African Teak also called Ghana Teak which I plan to use someday, the figure on those pieces of wood are very, very pretty and its a tight-grained and dense piece of lumber too, quite friendly to work with.

The scope will be a 1.5-5x20 on a set of weaver QR rings, the bases (weaver-type) will be custom-made for this rifle with a adjustable back-up aperture when the glass comes off. The wood IOF used for the stock is Pine, its a real POS, the wood's so soft you can checker it with your fingernails!!
