After searching many guns my heart is stuck on these

Would like to know if anyone has used this or based on specks what do you guys think of these
My use will be to do target practice and may be participate in small time competitions.

Target practice good, but a multi-shot airgun of this power might not be allowed in 10 mtr competitions.

No I am no club member(but would join some club once i buy some good guns in India), is that important?
I intend to bring it via personal baggage route/
