Gas masks

had a weird day in Manhattan every one complaining of Gas smell more like a LPG odor, buildings evacuated..I was away from office so didnt sample it.

Any recommendations for gas mask?

Nobody knows what it was ...running out of jokes could be a drill for all we know..

Read about it in the papers...check out the dept of homeland sec site? we use Drager here, for toxic area rescues-these are charcoal canister , all rubber type.

Any Military Surplus store should have these in stock. I looked at one at a store enar my place and they sell for about $ 12.

Thanks guys all it is wind blowing in from NJ the armpit of NYC..few months back it was maple syrup aroma..its the aliens I think..
I will look up masks, it was a General Knowledge question then who knows in times like these
