would it be against the law to hunt from India but not in India?
in this day and age, one can, it seems sit in front of ones pc and hunt live game in USA.
now would that be against the law in India or not?
Deer camps, bolt-action rifles and camouflage may soon be exchanged for cubicles, high-speed Internet connections and casual attire-that is, if John Lockwood has his way.
Lockwood, owner and inventor of http://www.live-shot.com, has garnered significant attention with his new twist on hunting. The main ingredients of his plan are a Texas ranch stocked with a variety of game, a remote-controlled, computer-aided rifle and the Internet.
Lockwood's high-tech shooting platform allows people anywhere in the world to log on, enter a credit card number and start shooting. Lockwood is quick to point out that "it's not just a loaded gun out there in the woods; there's always an on-site 'guide' who overrides the controls until he is satisfied with the member's sight pict

no its no joke, i was just thinking that if hunting is banned in India, that is in India you can not hunt,
so using internet you can hunt in other parts of the world, would this be considered illegal in India?

I believe the wildlife act was formulated to protect the wildlife in india. It is not based on any religious edict or beliefs. Thus killing of wildlife or animals per se is not a crime (much as our PETA madam would like us to believe) unless it can be proven that it has resulted in the depletion of (schedule-I-II etc.)Indian wildlife..
