Hey Buddies ! My heartfelt wishes to all of you for standing together under one flag, the IFG, and reaching out to extend all possible assistance and advice to those who really need it at times.... I am new to this forum and have been a silent observer for past few days, however, thanks to you all I have finally become proud owner of an IHP-35 (0.22"). The others I have are - 1 Canon LG-65 Air Rifle (0.22" bought in 1994), 1 Hunter smooth bore Air Gun (0.177" bought in 1990) & 1 Kangaro Air Pistol (0.22" bought in 1988)... Trust I shall be lucky enough to secure a place amongst this bunch of good friends.

Regards

Hi Sallu,
I have also fired lots of pellets from the pistol, It is still working. What i meant to say was that it is inconsistent with regards to power and accuracy.

Hi bat21,

nice collection of air guns/pistol you got there, well, i have a local springer and a multipump pneumatic air rifle. I was wondering how accurate a smoothbore .177 air gun of yours might be.

Hi m_naorem !

Thanks for your kind words buddy. The Hunter .177 smooth bore air gun I own has served me quite well so far as a grouping at about 50-60 Ft is concerned. I haven't actually tried it beyond that primarily due to space constraint, but am quite confident about its performance in theoretical terms. One thing that I have observed is that we don't need to keep cleaning the barrel like in rifled ones, although I must add that I am yet to compare the performances as such.

Hello all!

I've just joined up. I'm looking for a dealer who will send IHP airguns abroad, want to try them. Any ideas?

Hello Guys

I got my IHP .22 rifle back from the gunsmith yesterday. It had few problems like less power, slipping trigger (automatic firing :D ) and lastly a jammed spring/piston. Took it to the gunsmith and got it serviced and back in perfect order yesterday. It shoots great and I have never seen this rifle shoot with this much power..and SMOKE

There was visible and dripping oil from the trigger area as well as the barrel break region. The first shot was loud with lots of smoke..and then about 30 shots later it still emits smoke, lesser than the first..but still its visible. Cool to note the swirls of smoke coming out of the barrel but i feel its damaging the rifle... how can I rectify this..your thoughts on this please.

PS: I am loving the power 8). Tried shooting into a brick sized hard piece of very old seasoned rock hard teakwood block..and the pellet dug a neat hole abt 1 cm deep.
