Hi
Post pics of my grandfather .423 Rifle Pics. This rifle is more than 60 Yrs old, so this makes it pre war.
Not used too much, my grandfather relished his paradox more than this.
Not in the best of condition. My grandfather was posted in Assam, in tea gardens.
The climate took toll on the. Everything is original, the only bad is that one of the guy put paint on the stock.
Not great pics, but i just couldnt resist in uploading soon.
I try to do better job latter if i am able to lay my hands on the gun in day time

Great Thanks for posting..is it easy to procure ammo for this gun? What was his other 'paradox' gun?

Ammo, havent tried as he had some. Havent fired for more than 5yr.
But going by research i did on net, i believe it is available.
Paradox was Holland and Holland, 12 Bore gun. The good part about that was it had small section of groves in the barrel, and it had more than 3 inch chamber, so with balls in it, it doubled up as powerfull rifle too. Obviously for shorter distance.

Sorry Bro, that my grand father sold something like 15yrs back. 
He wasnt sure that we will be able to take good care of it
. I tried diggin out old pics. But nothing came up, those of other came up, i tried converting into digital but they came too dark.
