Afraid it would have been a bit arcane for non reloaders MoA.Glad you brought that up.

SA Ali: That may be another example of our famed bureacracy in action-right thumb not knowing about the Right index finger.Woonder if IOFB can get any of our National/International shooters to endorse their no.1 load for skeet/trap?

was planning the same for my (old) new no4 smellie in 303,with 174gr FMJBT and ADI-2208-will have to wait a while until / when i get my new reloading bench and the stuck case out of the Tmag! The present bench top just died on the downstroke and left me cursing in a dozen languages...Well, i still have a month to lay my paws on the rifle and get it tuned for the service rifle matches

Eljefe: if this is arcane, I should probably write about Optimal Barrel Time.

Yup, and also a slow intro to progressive/degressive factors 101!
You must understand, we in INdia are firearms deprived for a generation or more. The majority is bollywood -even they have switched over to PT99 clones now, but as such, with a mass of disinformazia, courtesy several organisations, press included, this is what we get.
200 rs for a single round of sodit and buggerit in 30-06? no reloading? 5 rounds ammo quota a year?
the whinging is endless. :deadhorse:
this is what happens
sure keep us posted.
I think a good start would be to start a reloading section, first-the legality involved,
next reloading101-I am sure we could do a small pic based tutorial.
Best

If you quota of ammo is 5 rounds a year... I wouldnt bother. S&B ammo isnt bad, I use a lot of it, and by a lot I mean sever 000's a year.

As for a picture based pictorial... it will have to wait. I wont get home until the 4th, and then just for 2.5 days, 1 of which will be for shooting. If I do remember I will take pics, but realistically expect it in April. Just extremely snowed under by work. I might not even get home until April... after the 4th trip.. :(

Other than its "suitability for hunting" faux pas,

Please note these "excellent" cartridges have "found favour" with "many renowned shots".

Pray do tell me what competition uses 32 gram loads?

I have tried olympic disciplines, ESK,NASSA, ESP,ABT,DTL,Sportrap, FITASC etc. (not that the latter ones are even available in India),
Never knew 32 grams are allowed in any competition.
