Used it once .Fired 4 cartridges( astram). heavy and kicks like a mule .
The guy is asking way above the price it is available in Delhi or Punjab .
26-27 K is max you should pay for it . For 40K , you can pick up a second hand imported sXs ( Astra / Raick ferres etc).
Just my 2 cents .
If you want to shoot , shoot . Don't talk .....

Recoil of any gun does not have anything to do with "quality" of any gun. It is just law of physics: Force(Recoil)= Mass * Acceleration. Heavier the gun lesser will be the recoil or lighter the gun higher will be the recoil for the cartridge of same charge and bullet mass. It is another matter some guns employ various recoil dampening mechanisms like recoil pads etc. which make the "felt" recoil a little less.

The only 12 Ga loads that I have shot that come close to the mule category are the 76mm Slugs.

As per http://www.chuckhawks.com/shotgun_slugs.htm
Cylinder bore guns are usually recommended for shooting slugs, but in some cases a full or modified choke barrel will give better accuracy with the undersize slugs.

Perceived recoil would also depend upon

1.Stock profile &
2.Stock fit

For some a shorter barrel with a greater muzzle blast also seem to accentuate perceived recoil
