its a nice gun shahrukh khan has one
you can import it in .177 but it will certainly fail the deal wood test if the tank is full.

Re: air force condor
Recently it was imported thru courier by a 'shooter' from Chandigarh.. the place if i remember correctly... he does take part in competitions...
NO! it was not under 'renouned shot category', he got it clear from customs... no problem... u can also import it.
I have done a lot of research on this gun. Firstly, u should actually consider the Compressed air requirement at 3000 psi which is NOT an easy task. Remember it is AIR not oxygen. The oxygen cylinders that you get in market are filled at 2000 psi. These filling stations, in all possibilities, can fill compressed air too at 2000 psi. If you are located in any Metros chances are that you can get compressed air at 3000 psi from 'specific' filling stations. They are in very less numbers in New Delhi/Faridabad/Ghaziabad. For this you must have a scuba tank.
Alternatively, you can get a high pressure pump and pump upto 3000 psi which is a very '!@#$%^%&*' task.
The best is, you import the Condor with High pressure pump. Also get a Scuba tank / compressed air cylinder[Air filled in oxygen cylinders] at 2000 psi and top above 2000 psi from high pressure Pump. Remember, at 3000 psi, the Condor [.177] breaks the sound barrier so the pellet tends to sway. At 2400 psi it works best. But at any given pressure you can shoot only 10 to 12 shots there after the pressure falls... and with falling pressures... your bulls eye aim settings vary & I guess with varying air temperatures too. In India the temp varies from 0 dec C to 45 Deg C.
With all the varying temps & pressures, high velocity pellets, i believe it is hard to get bulls eye after about 10 or 12 shots... & with that kind of gun, if u do not get Bulls eye, i believe it's a
One advantage you have. If you decide in favour of importing one, you can change the barrel and make a Talon [.22] out of Condor [.177] everything remaining the same. No! you cannot import separate .22 barrel, you've got to get the barrel of some 'particular' gun here and machine it as per requirement and fix it. It's a task in itself... but can be done.
For your reference, the tyre pressure of cars is 25 to 30 psi.
If you import one, get the pump too. Let the Babu's pump it to 3000 psi and take the deal wood test
You are sure to get the courier home buddy.
Cheers..

in walther LG300xt Alutech, new model with modified pressure reducer, Walther claim 600 shots per cylinder
of course in this target rifle velocity and range is not a priority.

Don't worry I can provide you with appropriate scuba tank of up to 4500 psi working pressure & can also refill the same at that pressure as & whenever required. There is no need to import high pressure pump with your condor. Now the best high pressure pump ( Hill Pump ) is officially available in India.ssmickey.32 wrote: I have done a lot of research on this gun. Dear compressed air is not temperature sensitive like CO2 & any change in temperature is not going to change a point of impact.ssmickey.32 wrote: your bulls eye aim settings vary & I guess with varying air temperatures too. In India the temp varies from 0 dec C to 45 Deg C.

Re: air force condor
thanks, I'll catch with you when need one.
by the way would be nice if you can put all your products in one thread in sale section and put prices too.
some of your products are exactly what I was thinking, why some body will not make it.
Like 12g CO2 rechargeble, so would be nice to have an idea about prices.

I disagree. Gases are temperature sensitive. Remember Charles' law, Gay Lusaac's law and Clayperon's ideal gas laws?karizman wrote:

If the compressed air cylinder conducts heat, the contained gas pressure may vary, so too the point of impact. The degree of variation depends on the gun in question, and is obviously more pronounced when you use it outdoors exposed to the elements than in an indoor range. The famous Steyr LG 100/110 HPs for example, are notorious for changing their zeros in winter.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.
