Hi Guys,
I have bought an .177 Airgun from Johannsburg. M keen to bring it to New Delhi.
Can u guys help me for the procedure and things to take care of while importing it as m very much bothered abt custom officers and not awared abt the rules. I also devoted some time to other forums also but need some more help from u guys to bring that thing to new delhi. Can any1 supply me with in the info and clauses of Indian Arms and Ammo acts which will really help me.As I am comming back this December may be due to comman welath games going to happen, this situation may check the me to take the gun with me. The major things I need to ask are:
Can I take it in my check in Luggage?
The duty applicable?
If bothered at Airprot, things to DO?
Can I take the pellets with the Gun also?
Any Other info or things anyone had faced at the New Delhi Airport?
