SISCO Air pistol

Hi friends, please dont laugh :o just for a curiosity sake I bought a SISCO air pistol for just Rs.800/-. When i came back home started shooting, to my amaze it is really accurate and moderatly powerfull. off cource one cannot compare it (even.. ?) with IHP air pistol.
The sisco model That I brought is .22 smooth bore one.
Guys please let me know when can take this pistol for tuning...? it is making hell lot of noise and is very difficult to cock. As it is just Rs.800/- I really don't mind to experiment with it.
