Need to Bring my old IHP 25 back to shape

Hi ,

I just found my old IHP MOD 25 air rifle (12 Years old) which i thought was lost.
The barrel and most of the parts seems to be spreaded with rust.
I had some junk lubricant that made the rifle to break the barrel.

Thank God , there is no bend in the barrel.

I have the following queries,

I need to clean it , Any suggestions abt the liquid that is effective in cleaning the rust and Where can i get it ?
I found both the aim sights are missing in the rifle , Can i order from Aimco or any idea ?
It definitely needs a bluing , how much will it cost ? any one in Chennai can do this stuff ?
