Post by fantumfan2003 » Fri Jun 05, 2009 12:15 am

I got a Crosman SSP250 pistol sometime back.

Yesterday I received a Custom Stock for it.

Makes a compact portable mini air rifle with lots of modification potential.

Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Thats right, I got the shoulder stock from 20north. A seal kit for the SSP250 has been received. In the meanwhile I have been using a complete Crosman 2240 pistol valve in it which is working quite well.

Friends

Here is one more mod to the SSP250. A 16inch barrel, instead of the stock 10inch, that came out of an IHP 25. The doc helped me out with some expert barrel straightening with a dial gauge and muzzle crown. There has been an increase in fps, but I don't know by how much. The old IHP barrel is extremely accurate. One holers from a rest are very easy.

Next mods in line are metal trigger to replace the plastic one, bulk fill for better shot count, LPA MIM sight....etc...etc....
