Need help on importing rifle?

Hi there
I wanted to import an airsoft rifle for the USA but there seems to be some issues that I wanted to get clarified.
1. I live in Karnal, Haryana and there is no shooting club in my small home town. So, I am not a member of any club or assosiation.
2. I am making a purchase from www.20about.com and they say that duty has been applied. So, would there be any other charges that I'll have to pay.
3. Will I have to receive it at the airport or will it be delivered at my home.
