Karizman ...you mean to say that there is no modification required in the end cap...the same cross pins for the trigger and main spring can be used? what is the guarantee that the piston notch will mate with the sear?...it should not result in a hair trigger...

Re: 2 Stage adjustable trigger for IHP
It is extensively tested by me & additionally I am testing it with few other users as well. I will offer it to sell only if I am completely satisfied with saftey & durability of the product.

Re: 2 Stage adjustable trigger for IHP
I think the point pkjeetesh is trying to make is to do with IHP's inconsistent manufacturing tolerances, if the cross pin holes are just slightly off etc. then the sear/ trigger blade/ piston notch may not mate with each other in the intended manner...karizman wrote:It is extensively tested by me & additionally I am testing it with few other users as well. Re: 2 Stage adjustable trigger for IHP
Yes, Abhijeet you are right. I had thought about this problem in the begining only & that is why I am testing my trigger with atleast 5 different users & 8 different airguns. I will be leaving maximum possible allowances to offset IHP's inconsistent tolerances in final design of the trigger after evaluating feedback from all these 5 users. Saftey will be my prime concern over anything else.

Re: 2 Stage adjustable trigger for IHP
We are just back from karizmans place and guess what ?
- The two stage trigger for the IHP is NOT vapourware
- The trigger is a straight replacement for the IHP factory trigger
- It does not require any modifications or additional work to fit the new trigger.
- Karizman actually demonstrated this. He removed the factory trigger and fitted his design in front of me.
- This change can be carried out by anyone with basic mechanical bent of mind. Nothing fancy about it.
- We tried the factory trigger for pull weight and then this new trigger and of course the new one is lighter and smoother to pull.
- However no shots were fired with the new trigger, so this needs to be seen.
- As he explained it to me the first stage pull can be adjusted by means of a screw.
My impressions ? This is the best thing to have happened to IHP springers.
Certainly looking forward to installing one on my IHP. In fact my hunch is it will go on IHP 25, 35 and all designs based on the IHP trigger. I think it will even fit on my SPAR.
This is great, absolutely great.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

hi,karizman wrote:The trigger will be hardened & will not need any housing. It can be fitted directely without any machining. I will make it available to all users in near future.
If you don't mind let me see your design also. We will try to find a solution.

i have no design on paper,i had tried it with half heart may be.
i really appreciate your effort for the same and the way you have made it for real and being working, people like Dr.Shirshat will be very proud of you.
Do count me in for a set when you have some after the final stage of testing.
