Don't know about that but word of caution...wait for some time If you are applying from East Bangalore.. DCP EAST is not at all a gun friendly person and according to people in Comm office .. He is not approving anybody's license from East bangalore...

Inder,

I know he nixed P's application but how certain are you about him being anti-gunownership?

Reason is Sniper and I also come under his jurisdiction if I am not mistaken.

Sniper, I know for a fact that my application for an additional rifle reached the DCP's office on 26th February but so far I have received no communication either from them or the CoP's office. This was the status when I last checked at the CoP's office at the beginning of the month.

Will put your question to them when I go across again.

Mack The Knife even mine is also rejected and according to people in CoP office.. they haven't recieved any aprooved application since long from East and even my local police station guys gave me same hint.

I am planning to meet him tomorrow, will update you how it goes but according to P he don't even look at you while talking so don't know what good it will do but will try in any case.

Kanwar too late. I've already applied last month.
Please do let us know Mack The Knife as to what the status is.
Thank you.

I was told today that licences are not being issued until the end of the elections or until the results are announced.
