Dear Yash,
I would any day buy a less used second hand IHP than a new one, provided it is more than 15 years old.
change the spring and washers & reset the sights to my liking.

I am yet to see an IHP THAT old, but I bet it would be something. Is there a way I can find out the manufacturing month and year of my IHP 25 from the serial number?
