Hmm, so who was it, who after giving an inspiring homily on "sharing", quietly landed up at the clay ranges this Saturday - without informing anyone else as to the fact that 12 ga trap/ skeet ammo was to be had from DSRA for 25 bucks a pop?! :roll:

Remembering the good old days

Permits to hunt blubull, Boars, Hares, partridges & migratory birds were issued up to 1988 in U.P

Any body got more information on this.

True, I have been on outings like this in 1985 or so to Palwal where a geese and boar permit was given.

But we never got any though as we were vegetarian (red indian word for bad hunters). :-)

i live in MP,,,
the procedure to get the license for hunting wildbores n blue bull is very complex,,,by the time one is able to prove tht his crops are being destroyed by these animals,the next season crops gets harvested....
---I have strong feelings about gun control. If there's a gun around, I want to be the one controlling it.

... well said... The delay also delays in India.. but there is the fact that certain others do get these permits, even if their crops are not harmed ;)
... maybe its just a matter of what lobby you know...
