Re: IOF .22 revolver
Dear All,
Most dealers in Punjab have no clue about the new "all steel body" .22 IOF revolver. I wonder if the news is correct .
Danish 21 can you give some more factual details?
Also it is hard to believe that the old aluminium body model and the new steel body version are priced the same !!
best,
RP.

Re: IOF .22 revolver
Would have sworn those grips were bone, not some sort of Indian plastic. Cheers

Doesn't matter, consider it plastic and pls dont explore it further on the forum with the current situation in India it is difficult even to enjoy good craftsmanship.

Manu, this is alloy made .22 revolver & this is a gift to me from a gun dealer friend of mine.manu";p="46531 wrote:danish bhai your revolver in all steel or alloy made ? & where you purchase this nice peace ?
Badshah, Steel version is in market and a few piece has been introduced to check the market response. In 2008 model revolver they have started writing in hindi. But the quality compared to other .22 revolver's have improved. I have fired more than 50 KF rounds but the only problem is in ejecting the shells after firing. Other imported rounds are working perfectly.
The grip is made by my gunsmith friend and i showed him the design of S&W revolver as i want a very simple & sober grip. The material used is not plastic or bone, its some thing else
