Baracho, Amk,
Hope Opensight's answer helps you in rethinking whether a handgun is to be blamed or it ammunition for a spray. I am talking ONLY of KF ammo for revolver in .32 cal.

Uncle Dev, Uncle NM, BigGun and me have shot 3"-4" groups at 25m with the same revolver. We have felled "half-brick" sized objects at the range at 25m. Ironically everytime it was KF ammo only. All three of us are competition shooters as well....So I don't think that shooters are in question here... Which leaves us to blame the inconsistent power filling in the KF rounds (in some batches) which causes the bullets to go higher or lower ! This was again proved in the .22 standard rifle competition when KF was fired versus Lapua.... With KF we were nowhere, but with Lapua Uncle Dev got a medal ! :)

Errr just in case you are wondering, I am a few years younger than Ollie. I think he calls me uncle just to keep the pretty damsels at the range to himself. ;-)

Great... wonder how St. Columbas fouled up in admitting you in a class higher... :P

Reg. the damsels at the range, yes I am very very possessive and jealous if someone even looks at them... With your permission I'll name them too... Ms. Beretta, Ms. Walther, Ms. Anshultz and Ms. Perazzi. Its lovely to have them on your shoulders too...

Gentlemen,

Whats the final take on the Mark III IOF .32 cal revolver ? Has anyone used it ?

1. Is it a break barrel or a swing out cylinder design?

2. Is it being sold now with Mark III written on its body?

3. Does it have the transfer bar safety?

5. Has the flat main spring been replaced by a coil spring as in Ruger revolvers?

best,

RP.

I want to see a laser on an IOF .32 cal revolver !
Can`t think of any good reason for such a combination but the concept is bizarrely amusing.

i think that the difference has got somthing to do with the firing pin and the transfer bar

and laser was available long before as a accsesory
but discontinued because it was placed near ejector
and was a problem to keep in holster
