Weihrauch HW40

Post by mundaire » Thu May 15, 2008 8:21 pm

Some of you might know that when I picked up my TX200 last summer, I also bought a Weihrauch HW40 air-pistol (credit for both purchases goes to Vikram & Mack The Knife). However, I could only carry back the TX200 with me, leaving behind the HW40 for my wife to bring back with her (she returned 2 weeks after me). But due to an Indian doctor ramming his vehicle into a Scottish airport, and the resultant security alert she had to leave it behind. Anyhow to cut a long story short, my sister-in-law came in town for a wedding in the family and much to my delight she had (in spite of her own concerns regarding potential hassles) carried back the air-pistol with her! :D

Welcome back big gun :D ,

Good to see that you finally got custody of this babe, Delhi is real hot now and we need to sit over a few chilled ones and hear about your exploits abroad. Looking forward to having a sit/talk/sip session soon.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Do let us know how she shoots.

How much did you pay ?

The smooth sail at Delhi with the white devils was a fluke or they willingly let her out ?

No I do not own it, this one belongs to a shooter friend, and our party MP, Naveen Jindal.

But if you want to go for a spin in Dubai, we have access to Cessna 172, Piper or Diamond Arrow S 40 anytime.

In fact the Diamond arrow controls and cockpit ar exactly like and Airbus 320, let me know when you are coming, a small flight can always be arranged.

Congrats Abhijeet! Would like to know how it groups after you try it at the range.
